EARLY ARRIVAL. Early Arrival Move-In begins at 8:00am onSunday, August 12, 2018, for a fee of $30 per day. To request Early Arrival, please submit our Early Arrival Form by August 6. There are no assigned arrival times for Early Arrival, just come to our Front Desk to check in.
GREEK RECRUITMENT. Residents participating in Fall Formal Recruitment can move-in during Early Arrival at no extra cost. However, Early Arrival Forms must still be submitted to our office by August 6 to ensure room availability.
MOVE-IN. Official Move-In day starts at 8:00am on Thursday, August 16, 2018. Assigned Move-In times will be sent with Room Assignments in late July. Once you arrive, check in at our table in the lobby.
DINING. Naismith Hall dining will start with a picnic Lunch on August 16. The Naismith Hall Cafe will offer Brunch & Dinner August 17- 19, and then regular meal service will begin with Breakfast on August 20, 2018.

PARKING. When arriving for move-in, parking is available anywhere in our parking lot along the East side of our building. If you need parking for the Academic Year, we have a limited number of parking spaces available. View our 2018 Parking Lot Applicationfor more details.
ROOM/ ROOMMATE ASSIGNMENTS. You can find roommates within our Resident Portal. Roommates must have the same requested room type. To request a suite mate, please email us at: email@example.com. Room Assignments are emailed in late July. This email will also include details on Early Arrival and other important information. Please make sure your email address is correct in the Resident Portal.
